The R&D Group manager will contribute to the development of new products, influence the technical direction of the company, and mentor, and manage a team of developers and team leads while contributing to the full life cycle of development. This includes design, architecture, and
\ncollaboration with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality scalable code using agile methodologies.<\/p>\n

\n\u25cf Lead and mentor a team of developers and Team Leads and\/or Tech Leads
\n\u25cf Work with the Product team and the CTO to plan the roadmap delivery
\n\u25cf Optimize Dev resources to increase performance and engagement
\n\u25cf Convey the Company\u2019s vision and the mission to the team beyond the task
\n\u25cf Be responsible for the SLAs
\n\u25cf Define workflows and collaboration between your department and other interfaces
\n\u25cf Define and track Dev KPIs that ensure a clean, maintainable, and testable code as well as delivery within deadlines, together with the CTO.
\n\u25cf Be on top of third party library updates and security updates according to the Update SLA
\n\u25cf Define Code Owners
\n\u25cf Act as a force multiplier for the developers. You enable the people on your team.
\n\u25cf Hands-On management: you should spend a percentage of your time writing code and performing code reviews
\n\u25cf Identify training and growth opportunities for the team and work with the Head of Engineering Growth to develop your team members professionally.
\n\u25cf You are responsible for the HR management of the team: vacations planning and requests, ensuring healthy and timely feedback loops, implementing quarterly hang outs, etc.<\/p>\n\n
