{"id":100025397,"date":"2025-02-17T06:28:33","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T06:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=100025397"},"modified":"2026-03-04T00:18:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-04T00:18:56","slug":"us-immigration-attorney-2","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.nbn.org.il\/jobboard\/?post_type=job_listing&p=100025397","title":{"rendered":"US Immigration Attorney"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This is an NBN Connect post on behalf of another organization.<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><strong>Legal Duties:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Drafting professional and accurate applications and positions to be presented to US Embassies and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service on behalf of clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Represent clients at US Embassies and consulates within the scope of consular-based applications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify legal and practical issues associated with each case and the appropriate action to be taken at each stage, bearing in mind proposed timelines.<br \/>\n\u2022 Correspond in a professional manner with a range of clients and be able to manage client expectations by discussing matters on the phone and via email.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the entirety of cases as well as \u2018ad hoc\u2019 duties for any given matter.<br \/>\n\u2022 Stay current on business immigration law developments and contribute to the firm&#8217;s thought leadership and marketing efforts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in legal marketing events such as roundtables, conferences, and webinars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Completion of a law degree from a leading university.<br \/>\n\u2022 Member in good standing of a US state bar.<br \/>\n\u2022 At least two years of US business immigration experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 English mother tongue level a must.
