Job Description 

E-Commerce Sales Associate for ZadokGold , an artisanal online jewelry store. The position offers flexibility, independence, and room for growth in an environment that values open communication, respect, and teamwork.
The E-Commerce Associate will be primarily responsible for Online sales, administration, & customer service
Part-time position – this is a part-time = 15-18 hours per week.
Pay depending on skills and experience.
Osek Patur status preferred.
Long-term position – The ideal candidate wants to grow with us for a minimum of 2+ years, with a desire to learn and take on more responsibilities.
The Position is hybrid, mostly in-person 3x a week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) for 4-5 hours each day – working from our Ein Kerem, Jerusalem studio. The rest of the work can be done remotely: 1/2-1 hour every day -at the evenings[having conversations with potential customers in USA]

Requirements

Required: English fluency
Hebrew fluency -a must

The ideal candidate will be a sales intuitive, quick learner, highly organized, detail-oriented while still able to see the big picture, and self-motivated.
S/he is able to work well with a small team, juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, and stay organized.
S/he should possess strong computer skills and a basic understanding of online sales. Knowledge of Etsy and online e-commerce are a plus, but not necessary, as the Associate will receive on-the-job training.
S/he is flexible and works well independently, with minimal supervision.
The position demands excellent time and project management skills, impeccable attention to details, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
