As International Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our global sales team to achieve objectives and reach sales targets. Working together with the CMO and Product Manager, you will develop and implement strategies, set sales goals, and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to succeed. You will also be involved in recruiting, training, coaching, and monitoring performance; as well as providing reports and metrics to the marketing team to help optimize their strategy based on sales data.

This is a hybrid position that requires some time in the Jerusalem office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Strategy: 
    • Devise and implement sales strategy and operational plans to achieve the company’s sales objectives. 
    • Recruit and onboard new salespeople .
    • Monitor competitor and industry trends. 
    • Work closely with the marketing and product divisions, sharing reports, insights, and proposed improvements.
  • Team Leadership: 
    • Manage three to four sales teams worldwide. 
    • Lead, motivate, and inspire sales team leaders and representatives to achieve sales targets. 
    • Together with management, set targets and performance plans, for the sales team.
  • Sales Operations: 
    • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting. 
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. 
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools. Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • English at a mother tongue level, preferably with American experience.
  • Willingness to work partial USA hours.
