Keys Responsibilities:

  • Locate, contact, and help patients complete the claims process with their insurance companies.
  • Work with insurance companies worldwide to complete and negotiate the claims process and settle accounts.
  • Communicate by telephone and email with patients and insurance companies.
  • Preparation of correspondence by mail and fax to patients and insurance companies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • High-level written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in German, Portuguese, or French is preferred.
  • Strong sales experience is a plus!
  • Past experience in varied commercial industries, related to insurance and health industries is a benefit.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Honed analytical and investigative skills.
  • Superior organization and administrative skills.
  • Must possess an undergraduate university degree at minimum.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and flexible.
  • The position requires one to two months of in-office training in Tel Aviv.
