Overview: We’re on the lookout for a results-driven individual to step into the role of E-Commerce Assets and Affiliate Associate Manager. Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience.
  • Responsible for e-commerce content in all formats including performance ads, UX, banners, LPs, blogs, newsletters, etc.
  • Collaborate with the copy team on promotional campaigns, newsletters, and other assets.
  • Partner closely with the Content Creation Manager and Digital Design to ensure content creation and coverage are aligned with brand messaging, tone, and style for product listings and website banners.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize product pages and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and recommend optimizations.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new affiliates, providing them with necessary materials and guidelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Design and optimize commission structures to align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Implement incentive programs to motivate affiliates and maximize performance.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance using key metrics and reporting tools.
  • Implement optimization strategies to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the PR teams to provide affiliates with content and brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all affiliate promotions.
  • Manage affiliation supply chain processes.
  • Leverage the content in multiple formats and multiple platforms – UGC to improve performance ads ROAS.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • One to three years of proven experience in e-commerce content management.
  • One to three years of proven experience in managing e-commerce affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and affiliate tracking technologies.
  • Experience with visual content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
  • able to meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Excellent English – other languages are an advantage.

Preferred Background (one to three years total previous experience):

  • Influencer agencies like Humenz, Leaders, etc.
  • Beauty/luxury background in a global D2C brand.
