  • Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy, driving true business impact.
  • Optimize copy, articles, and quizzes to maximize performance and effectiveness.
  • Track and follow user behavior and content metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ideate, launch, track, and iterate content A/B tests to boost site performance.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers, product managers, and designers to create engaging user experiences
  • Define a clear content strategy to exceed the unit’s targets.


  • Native-level English is a must.
  • Experience creating engaging content in various formats – written, visual, video, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience working in content marketing/writing and/or editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to seamlessly work in a team with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with online content KPIs.
  • Experience working with a CMS is an advantage.
  • Experience working with GenAI is an advantage.
  • Experience managing content A/B tests is an advantage.
  • Experience optimizing online content based on data is an advantage.
