Responsibilities:

  • Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle.
  • Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets.
  • Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our sales and client teams to understand client KPIs to ensure the success of the client campaigns.
  • Constantly pursue new business and account growth. opportunities.
  • Influence the company’s strategy in product, service, and other go-to-market aspects.

Requirements:

  • Must possess native-level English (speaking and writing).
  • Experience working with us business clients is mandatory.
  • At least three years of Client Management experience.
  • Service-oriented.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Experience working with B2B international clients at a large scale is an advantage.
  • B.A. in business management, communications, economy, or any other related field is an advantage.
