Responsibilities:

  • Provide service from the reception desk by answering telephones, greeting guests, scheduling conference rooms, and keeping track of the mail and purchasing.
  • Manage personal schedules and schedule multiple meetings.
  • Work on a CRM system while tracking inquiries and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English, including speaking.
  • Control of office software.
  • Willing to commit to a full-time position.
