We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Lod. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Hebrew, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Provide support to internal teams and external contacts.
- Maintain organized records and perform data entry with speed and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Must have fluency in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
