We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Lod. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Hebrew, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Provide support to internal teams and external contacts.
  • Maintain organized records and perform data entry with speed and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Must have fluency in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
