Sunday, March 26th: Join Hiking the Holyland and expert guide Ben Zaltzman on the 16th segment of our epic journey along the Israel Trail, with this hike along the Tsipori Stream to the Oaks of Tivon!
This 14 kilometer hike begins with a hot cup of coffee to start the day. Then, we’ll continue along Tsipori Stream, which flows with water year round. The next part of the journey will take us through the oak forests of Tivon, where we will remain for the rest of the day, soaking up the rich natural beauty all around on the moderate trail (no major ascents or descents). The day ends at Kiryat Tivon, where we’ll celebrate the completion of the 16th part of our journey with wine and snacks!
Minibus transportation available from Savidor Station (price determined based on # of participants, 110-140 NIS). This is a challenging hike for fit hikers only. This is a popular hike, so please reserve your spot early!
