In this playful beginner’s workshop we will take a first step into the wonderful world of improv, entering a ‘Yes, And mindset’ and strengthening our ability to think creativity, be present and react in the moment, exude confidence (even when you don’t feel it!) and turn down the volume on our pesky inner critic. Absolutely no experience needed. Taught through super easy and fun exercises in pairs and small groups in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.\n \nAbout the teacher\nAdaya is the founder of Mind Flow, Tel Aviv’s English-Speaking Improv School. She is an Improvisor and a trained Psychologist. Originally from Australia, has been practicing, teaching and performing Improv for the past 10 years. Adaya holds both a Masters of Neuropsychology as well as a Masters of Clinical Psychology and her passion is finding the intersection between Improvisation, Psychology and the brain. She believes that Improv skills are useful in almost every aspect of life; from work to relationships to everyday human interactions, and that everyone should try improv at least once in their life!\n\n
