(IsraelNN.com) A group of 25 Jewish
immigrants from France and Montreal, Canada, will arrive
tomorrow in the southern town of Be'er Sheva. The group is
arriving under the auspices of the Jewish Agency's Partnership
2000 project.
All of the immigrants are young,
academically educated French speakers with professional
experience. During their absorption in the Negev city, they
will learn Hebrew and volunteer in the community.
Among the immigrants are several who also received
immigration assistance from the private Nefesh B'Nefesh
organization, which primarily helps North America Jews make a
successful transition to living in Israel.
