GMAX Jerusalem is a unique program recognized by the Ministry of Education. It is offered to Religious students ages 16+ , who have completed tenth grade. GMAX Jerusalem provides its students with the possibility to complete High School in English, along with Ulpan classes and preparation for the Psychometric examination required for entrance into Israeli Universities. At the same time, students experience an exciting and dynamic Limudei Kodesh program that involves many tiyulim.
The staff assists the students in the application process to Israeli universities, mechinot, Yeshivot and Sherut Leumi .
Given that they are situated on the campus of Hebrew University, the students are able to use the computer labs, gymnasiums, library and science labs on campus.
Aside from the academic program, the staff works on the development of self-esteem and a strong sense of identity. They have many extra-curricular activities such as a school play, a yearbook, volunteer activity and tiyulim.
Although the program is set as a one year program, there are some students who are encouraged to spread the exams over two years.
The GMAX program runs from 8:30-4:30 p.m, Sunday – Thursday.

GMAX has developed a relationship with several schools in the States who have agreed to award a high school diploma to GMAX students who complete the GMAX program in their 12th grade year in Israel.
