Applicants who will be less than 18 years old at the time of their Aliyah (and are not making Aliyah together their parents) must submit a signed & notarized letter of consent from their parents. This letter must state that the parents consent to their minor child making Aliyah and taking on Israeli citizenship. This letter is required even if the applicant already holds an Israeli passport.
