Important Note: Most of the programs that are offered in English are private and therefore are not fully covered by the Student Authority (as with the Israeli programs). Tuition ranges from $6,000 - $25,000, depending on the program. If the program is recognized by the Student Authority, they will pay the equivalent of Israeli tuition (approx. $3,000 a year).

IDC Herzliya - International School offers BA degrees in: Business Administration, Government, Communications, Psychology, and Economics. It also offers an MA in Counter-Terrorism & Homeland Security Studies, Diplomacy & Conflict Studies, Research Track with Thesis, Organizational Behavior & Development, Financial Economics as well as MBA in Global Management and Global Entrepreneurship. All programs are taught completely in English.
Bar Ilan University offers a Mechina preparatory program with Ulpan, a BA in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and several other graduate-level degree programs including Education, Creative Writing, Linguistics and an International MBA program, all taught in English. Hebrew University: The Rothberg International School is Hebrew University's overseas program. It boasts an international mix of students and offers MA programs in Jewish Studies, Jewish Education, Bible & Ancient Near East Studies, Religious Studies, Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies, Israel Studies: Society and Politics and Community Leadership and Philanthropy.
The Rothberg International School in conjunction with the Melton Centre for Jewish Education of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem offers an MA program in Jewish Education for formal and informal educators, principals, and community workers. The program integrates theory and practice of Jewish Education in Israel and the Diaspora, and includes a choice of 3 concentrations: Jewish Education and Jewish Studies; Jewish Leadership Education; and Jewish Education and Israel Studies. The International Bio-medicine Sciences M.Sc. Program is a unique two-year degree program offered for English-speaking students. Ben Gurion University offers the following English-language degree programs: Medical School for International Health which has approximately 125 international students, Albert Katz International School for Desert Studies, The International Master of Arts Program In Middle East Studies (MAPMES), The Honors MBA Program, MA in Linguistics, MA in Literature, BA in Literature and Linguistics, International Summer School, The Department of Communication Studies – (MA/PhD), The Politics of Conflict - The Department of Politics and Government (MA) and the Ginsburg-Ingerman Overseas Student Program (OSP).
Tel Aviv University offers English-language programs both for undergraduate studies and graduate studies, including MBA and EMBA degrees. Program offerings include Jewish Studies, Environmental Studies, Social Work, Middle Eastern Studies and many more.
In addition, Tel Aviv University now offers an International LL.M degree in English. The program will open for the 2013-2014 academic year. The rigorous academic curriculum is based on innovative approaches to legal theory, providing law students analytic tools and skills to engage in serious academic research and practical insights. As well, Tel Aviv University now offers an International MA Program in Political Science & Political Communication. Machon Lev - JCT offers an integration program for religious, English-speaking men who are interested in studying in Hebrew but feel they need to do so gradually. The program offers a freshman year of courses taught in English along with an Ulpan. During the remainder of the degree, which is taught in Hebrew, a range of student services are provided to facilitate an easier transition. Degrees are offered in various fields such as Business, Computers and Engineering. Technion - Israel Institute of Technology offers a BSc in civil engineering and a BSc in water resources and environmental engineering. Chiropractic Health science Institute (CHI) was founded by Prof. Michael Kreindler and Dr. David Ben-Kiki. It is the first and only Chiropractic College in Israel and the entire Middle East. CHI is operating under its own power. It has a signed a collaboration agreement with the University of South Wales (Glamorgan University in the past) Faculty of Chiropractic, Cardiff, UK. Students will be working under their supervision and will be qualified to work in the EU and Israel after graduation. Jerusalem College of Technology (Lev Academic Center) offers a B.A. in Business in a “concentrated” format, consisting of a day and a half of studies per week on Tuesday afternoons and Fridays. This framework allows students the flexibility to spend the majority of their time working or to continue with their Yeshiva schedule, while pursuing their B.A in business in English. The college is located in Jerusalem and is a perfect environment for students who want a Torah environment.
