The Israel Professional Internship Program
The Israel Professional Internship Program is designed for those who either just want to get to know Israel or are considering Aliyah. It offers valuable unpaid work experiences in firms and institutions throughout Israel. Interns work in their professions in a variety of locations-including hospitals, hotels, law firms, hi-tech companies, schools, community centers, TV and radio stations, government offices and in the public sector. Each placement is tailor-made, based on the needs of the employer and the qualifications of the applicant. Placements are arranged within the framework of the program and interns receive a small monthly stipend from the Jewish Agency. The rest, such as finding accommodations, making decisions and finding a niche in Israeli society is up to the intern. However, guidance and information is always available to participants. For more information about this organization, please contact: www.wzo.org.il
