AD(H)D coaching and case managing services
Deborah and Ruchie are both certified ADD coaches.

• HaMaKoR is a centre established to provide information, support, coaching services, and networking for the entire family that is dealing with a family member with AD(H)D.
• HaMaKoR works with children, youth and adults, who have ADHD.
• HaMaKoR works with the parents, siblings or teachers of an ADHD child to provide tools and information to help them work successfully with their charge.
• HaMaKoR coaches also act as ADHD consultant/case managers. Having defined the nature of the issues involved, we will then refer the client on to other experts - neurologist, psychologist,developmental pediatrician, psychiatrist, and/or a variety of "alternative" options. We, in turn, receive referrals from the above mentioned professionals, so that a comprehensive treatment plan is being provided for the client.

Esther Lapian
Esther Lapian is an educational consultant and mentor for parents and students.  Her “Paces” consulting service walks parents through the paces of finding schools and educational frameworks that really fit the needs of the particular child. Esther has a profound understanding of how Israeli schools work on all levels: from primary school through mechina and university. Aiming to help children thrive within the system, “Paces”   will help you becoming an advocate for your child and yourself. Based on her extensive experience in the dati, secular and pluralist sectors of the Israeli school system, Esther provides consulting and coaches parents of children who are looking for new or alternative educational environments.  Additionally, she services parents of children struggling with challenges including cognitive learning issues, social adjustment and integration, and religious/spiritual turmoil. Esther Orenstein Lapian has an MA in Contemporary Jewish Studies and Jewish Education from Brandeis University. Since coming to Israel more than 20 years ago she has been active personally and professionally in dealing with educational issues. Lapian’s perspective as a parent, a teacher and a teacher of teachers enables her to view all sides of the complex issues involved in finding creative solutions for educational dilemmas.

Sharon is a certified educational diagnostician with extensive experience in elementary school special education and remediation in both America and in Israel.  She offers educational testing, parent consultation for new olim, and remedial Hebrew and English lessons. She assists recent olim who have evaluations from their native country  in helping them implement the recommendations in Israel.
