First Steps
  • Research Aliyah using the resources on the NBN website
  • Contact Nefesh B’Nefesh
  • Schedule a meeting with a Nefesh B’Nefesh staff member
 How Do I Apply For Aliyah?
  • Visit the Applications Page and fill out the Aliyah application.
  • Please Note: While copies and scans are sufficient for the Nefesh B’Nefesh application process, your original documents will need to be verified by a Jewish Agency representative before the Jewish Agency Eligibility Department can approve your Aliyah.
  • Your application fee can be paid via PayPal or by personal check (mailed to our office).
Required Components for the Nefesh B’Nefesh Application
  • If you are making Aliyah from the US or Canada, a single pays $50 USD ($60 CAD) and a couple pays $100 USD ($120 CAD). (If you have already paid the Jewish Agency, the above fees do not apply.)
  • If you are making Aliyah from the UK, the application fee is 18 pounds (for singles and families).
  • Financial affidavit (if you are applying for financial aid)
  • One regular photo of each applicant
  • Personal statement
