Translating Resumes

It is generally recommended to have a Hebrew version of your resume, especially when applying for jobs at large companies. Keep in mind that the HR people at these companies are Hebrew speakers and the chances are slim that they will plough through a resume in English when they have a stack of Hebrew resumes. If the job posting that you're responding to has requested a resume in English or you know that the people receiving your resume are English speakers, then you should send the English version.
