1. Labeling:
Label everything in the house with its Hebrew name. You can make a game out of this by preparing the labels and letting each child label as many objects as he/she can.
Look up any words you don't know in a dictionary.
2. Word of the day:
Choose a commonly used word, in Hebrew, and everybody in the house has to use it as much as possible during the day. Anybody who uses the word in a sentence gets a star by his name on a chart. At the end of the day, the one with the most stars gets a prize – or gets to choose next days word.
3. Learn a song:
Find a song in Hebrew and learn the words to it. Make sure you understand the song!!
There is a nice website with words to Hebrew songs: www.shiron.net
