Tal El Stats


Tal El is a community village in the central Galil. The community is located half-way between Akko and Carmiel, and is surrounded by a pine-forest. The panoramic view from Tal El reveals the scenic beauty of the Western Galil and its numerous olive groves. The village offers a diverse community with a wealth of cultural and social activities as well as leisure activities for the entire family.

Education / Youth
There is an educational infrastructure for children ages 0 to 6 years that includes a group for toddlers and kindergartens. Elementary school children receive their education within the Misgav educational framework, which has been recognized as one of the best in Israel. The regional council is responsible for transportation of the children from the village to their various schools.
Youth activities at Tal El are organized by a youth movement which provides programming for children in grades 4 -12. Additionally, youth have access to the activity facilities available at the Misgav community center. There are also youth club activities and community projects.

Transportation
Tal El is 15 minutes from Akko, 20 minutes from Nahariya and Karmiel, and 40 minutes from Haifa.

Amenities / Services
Tal El boasts a sports center and a covered swimming pool, and offers an abundance of social and cultural activities including events and activity circles.

Community and Religious Life
The village has 240 families, with 350 children under the age of 18. The community hopes to grow in size to a total of 700 families.
